Welcome to GYANEXIS. These Terms govern your access to and use of the GYANEXIS website, learning tools, quizzes, test series, notes, PDFs, PYQs, videos, account features, support tools, rewards system, notifications, and related services.
By accessing or using GYANEXIS, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any feature-specific rules shown on the platform. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.
Violation of these Terms may lead to account restriction, GE forfeiture, reward cancellation, support refusal, permanent blocking, legal action, or reporting to relevant authorities.
GYANEXIS may provide notes, PDFs, previous-year questions, videos, quizzes, and other learning resources. These are for personal educational use only unless clearly stated otherwise. You must not sell, mirror, mass-download, redistribute, modify, rebrand, or commercially exploit GYANEXIS content. Some materials may include third-party or educational reference content; ownership remains with the respective rights holders where applicable.
The GYANEXIS name, logo, website design, source structure, UI, quiz systems, reward logic, rankings, original content, graphics, templates, emails, and platform assets are owned by or licensed to GYANEXIS. No rights are granted except the limited right to access and use the platform for personal, lawful purposes under these Terms.
GYANEXIS may display ads, promotional messages, sponsored content, or third-party links. Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on available settings, consent choices, and applicable law. Third-party advertisers are responsible for their own products, services, claims, landing pages, and policies. GYANEXIS is not responsible for losses, issues, or disputes caused by third-party advertisements or external websites.
GYANEXIS may use third-party services such as hosting providers, Cloudinary, Brevo email services, Google Fonts, Font Awesome or CDN assets, analytics tools, advertising tools, video embeds, realtime communication services, and payment or payout-related channels. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. GYANEXIS is not responsible for third-party downtime, errors, data practices, or external content.
Your use of GYANEXIS is also governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. The platform may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies for login, security, preferences, support access, analytics, and platform operation.
GYANEXIS may review platform activity for fraud, abuse, security incidents, unauthorized access, reward manipulation, and policy violations. GYANEXIS may block users, refresh access, restrict accounts, reject reward claims, remove content, reset suspicious progress, refuse support, preserve relevant records, or take other protective action where reasonably necessary. Attempting to access restricted areas without permission is strictly prohibited and may result in account blocking or legal action.
GYANEXIS may suspend, restrict, or terminate access immediately if you violate these Terms, create risk, abuse rewards, misuse support, attempt unauthorized access, infringe rights, or harm other users or the platform. Termination may result in loss of access to account features, GE, rewards, XP, rank progress, support history, and pending claims, subject to applicable law and platform review.
GYANEXIS may update, modify, pause, remove, or discontinue any feature, content, reward, rate, page, or service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent availability of content, or permanent availability of reward features.
GYANEXIS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, or suitable for every learning goal. Educational content is for general learning and practice only. It is not professional, legal, financial, career, or academic advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GYANEXIS and its owners, admins, developers, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages. This includes losses related to downtime, account restriction, reward rejection, lost GE, quiz errors, content inaccuracies, third-party services, unauthorized access, or user misuse.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GYANEXIS, its owner, team, admins, developers, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, violation of these Terms, fraud, reward abuse, infringement, unlawful content, or unauthorized access attempts.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, unless mandatory consumer law in your location requires otherwise. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact GYANEXIS and attempt to resolve disputes informally. If unresolved, disputes will be handled by competent courts or forums having jurisdiction over the operator of GYANEXIS, subject to applicable law.
GYANEXIS may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the platform with a revised effective date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
