4. Account and Authentication Data

GYANEXIS uses email-based registration, verification codes, password login, password reset codes, secure sign-in cookies, and device security checks. Passwords are protected and are not stored as plain text. Verification and reset records are used to confirm identity, prevent unauthorized access, and support account recovery. Login records, IP addresses, browser details, and trusted-device signals may be used to identify suspicious sign-ins and protect accounts.

5. Reward and GE Data Usage

Reward and GE features require data processing beyond ordinary account use. We use quiz activity, GE balance, coin transaction history, reward request details, payout method, payout identifiers, account status, and fraud signals to decide whether a claim is eligible, pending, approved, rejected, refunded, delayed, or investigated. Reward data may be retained longer where needed for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, legal compliance, and abuse investigations.

6. Cookies and Browser Storage

  • Essential cookies: used for user login, admin login, support guest access, session security, and request protection.

  • Fonts and icons: Google Fonts, Font Awesome, CDN services, and similar providers may receive browser requests needed to display page assets.
  • Realtime features: realtime connections support account presence, notifications, support chat, and typing indicators.
  • External links and embeds: videos, documents, ads, or linked websites may be governed by third-party privacy terms.

9. Payments and Payout Details

GYANEXIS does not require users to enter card payment details for ordinary platform use. Reward claims may require payout information such as UPI ID, PayPal email, Paytm details, bank account number, IFSC, and account holder name. This information is used only to review and process reward claims, prevent fraud, keep reward records, and handle disputes or compliance needs.

10. User-Generated Content

Support messages, contact messages, feedback, reward claim details, and profile choices may contain user-provided content. We process this content to provide support, review feedback, moderate abuse, investigate security issues, and operate account features. Feedback may be reviewed by admins before appearing publicly.

11. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information for cash. We may share information with service providers, hosting providers, email providers, asset delivery providers, analytics or advertising providers if enabled, admin reviewers, legal authorities, or professional advisers where necessary to operate GYANEXIS, enforce policies, prevent abuse, process rewards, comply with law, or protect users and the platform.

12. Security and Anti-Fraud Protection

  • We use layered safeguards such as protected passwords, verification codes, secure cookies, account access checks, abuse limits, safer form handling, browser security protections, and account blocking tools.
  • We may monitor quiz sessions, reward claims, support access, login attempts, device information, IP information, and admin access attempts to detect misuse.
  • Suspicious activity may lead to manual review, temporary restriction, reward delay, GE adjustment, claim rejection, session revocation, account blocking, or legal escalation.
  • No online system is completely secure. Users must keep passwords, OTPs, reset codes, and devices protected.

13. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate accounts, provide learning history, process rewards, maintain transaction records, support users, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms. Some support tickets may be automatically deleted after the support retention period, while related ticket references, reward records, transaction logs, security logs, and account restriction records may be retained longer for operational, legal, and anti-abuse reasons.

14. User Rights and Choices

  • You may access and update certain profile information from your account area.
  • You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information, subject to identity verification and legal or operational limits.
  • You may request account deletion, but some records may be retained where required for reward disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, security, legal compliance, or enforcement.

15. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, keep credentials private, avoid fake accounts, avoid reward manipulation, avoid automated bots or scraping, and avoid unauthorized access attempts. Misuse of accounts, quizzes, support tools, payout details, or reward systems may result in privacy-related investigations and enforcement actions.

16. Children's Privacy

GYANEXIS is designed for learners and general educational use, but it is not intended for children who cannot lawfully provide personal data or use online services without parental or guardian involvement. If applicable law requires parental consent for a user, the user must use the platform only with appropriate permission.
